What Kind of Credit Card Do you Accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Will I Pay Sales Tax?
We are reguired by law to charge sales tax
on merchandise sold and shipped to destinations
in the state of Pennsylvania.
Why Is My Item Backordered
Occasionally we experience unexpected demand on
a particular product, and run out of stock. We may also
experience delay in fulfilling an order. When this happens
we will notify you as soon as possible, and offer you options
to complete your order.
How Do I Make A Return?
Items should be return within 14 days from date of receipt. We cannot accept any returns beyond 14 days. Please send us an email for instructions on how to return your merchandise. Refer to our Return Policy page for more information.
How Do I Cancel An Order?
If you need to cancel an order in full or in part, please contact us
immediately and we will make an effort to stop the order before it
is shipped. Please be aware that many of our orders are shipped within
24 hours. If your order has already
been shipped we cannnot cancel such.
Do You Ship To PO BOX?
UPS and common carriers are not available to PO BOX addresses.
